I know everyone has got busy job, remember you need a good night sleep. Sometimes I have hard time to fall asleep. If I don't have good night sleep I have no mood in the next morning. Some people can sleep any time and anywhere. I am sure you seen some people sleeping on the bench of garden or play ground.

If you have planned on a holiday do it now, don't wait. Time is money and you know it if you wait another ten years you are older. I know my mom no interest to go holiday anymore because she has backache.
